Peace Planet is our macrobiotic study-work program in the Netherlands (also called Holland), a country along the North Sea coast in Europe. Our dream is to create one peaceful world. Our contribution is simple but effective and is based on the following:

• We live together with people from all over the world.

• We love and respect all human beings, whatever race, religion or nationality.

• We share freshly prepared food every day.

• We chew our food well.

• We exchange ideas and experiences.

• We carry out simple exercises and enjoy nature.

• We study macrobiotics to enrich our understanding.

• We work together to realize our eternal dream.

• We offer lectures and cooking classes.

• We produce and sell organic products.

• We are working towards becoming organic farmers.

• We meditate on one peaceful planet.
