Family

Tianne and Hans den Hoed have been living a macrobiotic lifestyle since 1974. Over the past thirty years, they have given numerous macrobiotic cooking classes and lectures, and they run stalls at various weekly organic food markets in the Netherlands. They have raised 6 healthy children without a drop of dairy or an ounce of sugar.
